Program Overview
BIP ("BIP Provider App", "BIP Health") is a healthcare credentialing platform that helps healthcare providers manage their professional credentials, licenses, certifications, and facility affiliations. The platform connects providers with healthcare organizations to streamline the credentialing and enrollment process.
By using the BIP platform, including our website, mobile application, and SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
SMS Messaging Terms
When you provide your phone number and opt in to BIP's messaging program, you consent to receive text messages related to your account and credentialing activities. Below are the details of our SMS messaging program.

Program Description
BIP sends SMS messages for account verification, credential renewal reminders, action-required alerts (e.g., expiring licenses, pending attestations), invitation codes for onboarding, and other important service-related notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and credentialing deadlines. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Recurring messages may be sent for credential renewals and action items.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Opt-Out & Help
To opt out of SMS messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from BIP text notifications. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from BIP. You may still receive messages through other channels (email, in-app).
To get help
Reply HELP to any message for support information. You will receive a message with our contact details and instructions on how to manage your messaging preferences.
Use of the Platform
By using BIP, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate and complete information for your credentialing profile
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- You will keep your credential information up to date, including licenses, certifications, and insurance
- You understand that BIP facilitates credentialing workflows but does not guarantee credentialing approval
Data & Privacy
Your use of BIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

- Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Your phone number and messaging data will not be sold or used for advertising
